UTN is committed to providing you with the best experience, including a streamlined process for scheduling your videoconference. There are three (3) methods available for scheduling your videoconference and they are detailed below.

Send an e-mail request to the Videoconference Coordinator at with the following information. Once your request has been processed and confirmed, you and each of the participants will receive a e-mail confirmation for your event.
- Your name, phone# and e-mail address
- Your company name
- Type of event (i.e. Training, Meeting)
- Event name
- Date
- Start time
- End time
- Host location (where the presenter will be)
- Participating sites

Important Tips
Here are some other things you should know.- Schedule your videoconference event as EARLY as possible.
- If there are any changes to your event, keep the UTN scheduling office informed.
- Use e-mail when you need to communicate anything as phone messages are easily lost or forgotten. Follow up any phone messages with an e-mail.
- Take our office number with you and call if you have any problems prior to or during the event.
