Early Issue of Lectures:
Course lectures and supplemental material are available to you now for pre-review and preparation of questions for the meeting. Click here to view now.

Online Course Evaluation:
For those seeking CME/CE credit for participation in this program, an online evaluation form will now replace the standard paper submission. This change provides:

  • Real-Time Feedback:  Program evaluation surveys will be available for all attendees to complete in "real time" via any mobile device, or computer, to which you have access.  Participants will have the flexibility to give feedback on conference sessions immediately after viewing.  Alternatively, you can also share feedback later in the conference or when you return home (within 1 week of the program close: Friday, May 4, 2012).
  • An Online Evaluation Center:  All evaluation surveys will be housed in one convenient, online evaluation center.  A link to access the evaluation center will be emailed to you at the address you used to register for the conference.  Alternatively, you will be able to access the surveys from this website.
  • Assessing Changes in Your Practice:  At 90-days post-program, the University of Utah School of Medicine will issue a follow-up "Commitment to Change" survey to assess ways in which learners have modified their practice as a result of participating in this program.  This information is used to inform development of future programs.

What to Expect:

Full Confidentiality:  All information collected for the surveys by the University of Utah is fully de-identified from any of your personal information and reviewed in aggregate by Course Directors.

Reporting Back:  Results of the overall and follow-up evaluations will be posted on the www.ThrombosisWest.org website post-program. Registrants will be notified via email once the results become available.
